All sales are final. Because every piece is handcrafted and often woven to order, we are not able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a sale is placed.
Before You Buy
We're happy to help you make the right call. Reach out on WhatsApp before placing an order and we can share additional photos, a short video of the drape, or close-ups of the weave and color.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos. We will work with you to resolve genuine issues case by case.
