Diksha (diksha.shop) is an Indian online boutique by House of Diksha. We offer authentic handcrafted Diksha sarees, kurtis, suits and co-ord & floral sets sourced direct from master weavers in Varanasi, Kanchipuram and Assam.

Where is Diksha based?

We operate online at diksha.shop and are based in Guwahati, Assam, India. We ship pan-India and run customer support primarily over WhatsApp.

Is diksha.shop a legitimate website?

Yes. diksha.shop is the official online store of Diksha. Every piece is verified for authenticity before dispatch and you can chat with a real human on WhatsApp before placing an order.

How do I place an order on diksha.shop?

Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and tap Buy on WhatsAppon any product page. You'll be connected to our team to confirm size, color, address and payment — your order is placed the moment you confirm in chat.

Can I order over WhatsApp directly without using the site?

Yes. Send us the product link or a screenshot on WhatsApp and we will guide you through size, color, payment and shipping. Open WhatsApp.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is available pan-India on most orders. Our team confirms COD eligibility for your pincode while finalising the order on WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. Payment links are shared on WhatsApp through secure payment gateways.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on every order, pan-India, with no minimum cart value.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across India. Remote pin codes may take up to 10 days.

Do you ship outside India?

International shipping is available on request for select countries. Message us on WhatsApp with your delivery country and we'll quote shipping and timelines before you place the order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we send the courier name and AWB tracking number to your WhatsApp and email. You can also ping us any time for a live update.

Authenticity, Fabric & Sizing

Are Diksha sarees authentic and GI-tagged?

Every Diksha saree is sourced direct from verified weaver clusters. GI-tagged weaves like Banarasi, Kanjivaram and Assam Muga Silk are marked with a GI Tagged badge on the product page and authenticity is verified before dispatch.

What materials and weaves do you stock?

Pure mulberry silk (Banarasi, Kanjivaram, Tussar), Assam Muga and Eri silk, organic and Jaipuri mulmul cotton, linen, georgette and modern designer fabrics for kurtis, suits and co-ord sets.

How do I find my kurti or suit size?

Each kurti and suit listing includes a size guide with bust, waist and length measurements in inches. If you're between sizes, send your measurements on WhatsApp and we'll recommend the right fit.

Will the actual product color match the photos?

We photograph in natural light and edit lightly for accuracy. Slight variation in tone is normal in handwoven textiles and is not a defect. For a true read, ask us for a daylight video on WhatsApp before ordering.

Returns, Care & Custom Orders

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Because every piece is handcrafted and often woven to order, we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds once a sale is placed. Read our full returns policy for more details.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos. Genuine transit damage or a wrong item shipped is resolved case by case, with replacement or store credit.

How do I care for a silk saree?

Dry clean only for silk. Store folded in a cotton or muslin pouch, away from direct sunlight and perfume. Refold along a different crease every few months to prevent breakage. Each product page lists garment-specific care.

Do you take bridal, custom or bulk orders?

Yes — bridal trousseaus, custom-woven sarees and bulk gifting orders are welcome. Send your brief, timeline and budget on WhatsApp and we'll share a curated proposal.
